Her journey through the Real Estate world has been an expertly led expedition through the untamed territories of the property market, marked by a defiant edge. Dipping her toes in the property realm in 1977, she quickly showed the industry she was a force to be reckoned with. From the gritty details of property management to the finesse of sales and everything in between, Chris soaked up knowledge like a sponge, all the while rewriting the rules of the game.

After acquiring her real estate and settlement licences in 1988, Chris launched a freelance engagement that tackled the full spectrum of conveyancing challenges. Chris’s ability to adapt was tested when life took her to Townsville, but even there, her passion for property thrived, leading departments and managing mammoth portfolios with sheer tenacity.

Emerging from a brief brush with semi-retirement, Chris decided her next adventure was with us at Rezzi. Today, she specialises in bringing clarity to the complex. In her career, Chris has danced through subdivisions, whispered consent orders, and navigated the labyrinth of deceased estates. Chris stands today as a testament to four decades in the trenches. Her secret? A dash of insanity, a pinch of champagne, and a sprinkle of Fireball.
